SusieCakes is amazing!! Their cupcakes are moist without being wet, cookies are soft but not too soft, crumbly but consistent. They have so many options of treats and some very cute merch. Their carrot cake is delightful and perfect red velvet cupcakes. My favorite cupcake was the coconut and the mocha, but the strawberry and lemon are so light and refreshing, highly recommend trying all at least once! Thank you to the friendly and kind staff! I love that they have Pride treats for Pride Month!

We wanted some dessert and came here. They have a nice selection of cupcakes, cakes, and cookies. Ours got a little banged up, well, the cupcake, since we brought it home. First off, the snickerdoodle cookie was yummy, soft and yet had a nice crisp on the sides. Definitely one to try if you like that flavor and their cookies are cheaper than crumble at $3.99. Now the cupcake. I get that it’s in a way a boutique bakery, but $5.25 for a little cupcake that was dry? Yah, not sure if it’s worth it. The flavor of the frosting was ok. My bf liked it, but it was a miss for me and the cake was dry despite the frosting. I did like the sample cupcake they had at the front of the poppyseed one, since that was moist and had good flavor. Maybe I should’ve picked that flavor instead. Overall, it was an ok experience.

Updated 05/23/26 Spoke with Ashley regarding my 3 star review below. She offered me 2 new slices of cakes. We were not sure if the Door Dash delivery had something to do with the quality of the strawberries in the cake once it arrived. This time I tried a slice of the vanilla celebration cake and a slice of the carrot cake. Both were yummy! The carrot was moist and full of flavor. It had the right balance of carrots, pecans, and raisins. I am so happy I tried them again. Thank you Cathy for you AWESOME customer service! Thank you Ashley for rectifying the issue! I will return to try more cake. : ) 05/18/26 Received 2 slices of cake for my birthday. Marble and strawberry. The strawberry had whipped frosting with fresh strawberries inside. It was tasty but the strawberries did not seem as fresh as I would like. The Marble was on the dry side. Not sure how much my son paid and it was a nice gesture but I will not be a returning customer. I have had way better from other bakeries.

The staff were friendly, the store was clean, and they seemed to have a good selection of baked goods. I wantwd to like the cupcakes but unfortunately they were not the best dl for my liking. The cupcakes were dry and dense and the frosting was too sweet. They tasted like they were old even though I was told they were fresh. I got the flourless chocolate cupcake and the strawberry cupcake.
